The patent pending design and construction of the VeloParc™ modules and facilities ensures cost effective manufacturing and  minimal maintenance effort while providing the desired safety, security and convenience features.

The VeloParc bicycle parking module:

• 360 degree security and access restriction
• Vertical garage-door-style gliding door prevents blocking of traffic paths around the modules
• Gliding door is balanced by counter weights to provide effortless operation
• Bicycle is stored vertically on an easy to use non-abrasive front wheel hook
• Side panel frames made of steel profiles
• Side panels and door made of grill or mesh like materials to provide full visibility of the inside of the module
• Custom side panel designs and colors
• A simple 180 degree rotating lever actuates the locking mechanism
• The locking lever is secured in the locked position against a locking tab with a user supplied bicycle lock or standard pad lock
• Floor, back wall and ceiling made of diamond-pattern skid metal plates
• The modules are anchored to the ground utilizing cemented-in steel bolts
• Optional advertising spaces to be provided on the gliding door, back wall and side panels
• Custom colors and/or designs for corporate image compliance – for example Starbucks or McDonald’s
